The International GNSS Service (IGS) is a service of the International Association of Geodesy (IAG). It provides Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) data and products with highest quality to the scientific community and beyond.
GFZ contributes to this service by operating ca. 30 globally distributed Multi-GNSS reference stations and hosting one of 12 IGS Analysis Centres (AC). With products such as precise station coordinates, satellite orbits, clock corrections, and Earth orientation parameters, the AC also contributes to the generation and maintenance of the International Terrestrial Reference Frame (ITRF).
